Inc., the company that developed the first commercial system in the U.S. for injecting liquid manure directly into the soil to eliminate odor, preserve nutrients and avoid runoff, is a first-of-itskind system for injecting liquid animal waste onto no-till fields without disturbing heavy surface residue.
"Our new injection system keeps topsoil disturbance to a bare minimum, allowing you to inject directly into corn stalks, wheat stubble, or grassland," notes Lee Pearson, president. "It will inject up to a gallon of material per foot of injector width. We offer both rigid and floating type injector shanks, and no-till sweeps that work the soil deep but don't disturb topsoil or surface residue. In addition to conventional trailer-mounted tanks, we offer no-till liquid injection for truck-mounted tanks, tow-line irrrigation equipment, or for sludge application."
