Pendulum Post Driver
"It lets you safely put up fence on steep slopes and banks, across ditches, or over obstacles," says the manufacturer of this 3-pt. "pendulum post driver" introduced at the SIMA show.
The Rabaud Turbobang is equipped with a 360-lb. driving hammer that mounts on a guide pole. The hammer works like a pendulum and automatically positions itself perpendicular to the post. A hydraulically-controlled telescopic arm shifts the hammer out to the side and can lift it up onto a steep slope or lower down into a ditch. The unit's three cylinders are powered by a ptodriven hydraulic pump.
Sells for about $8,000.
