Company Mounts Tracks On Anything That Moves
No company in the world has more experience than Omnitrac of La Grande, Ore., in fitting rubber tracks to all kinds of equipment. And business is booming. The company recently started marketing its tracks worldwide and has just moved into a new 55,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.
Here's a sample of what Omnitrac has to offer:
Half Track
RC 7224 half track system consists of a pair of track frames, either friction drive or positive drive, for 30 to 200 hp 2 or 4-WD tractors. Widths of 15 to 36 in. Sells for $11,500 to $22,500 per pair.
track with friction drive and 18 to 30-in. track with positive drive. Sells for $16,000 to $22,000. Auto tension optional.

Available for most agricultural crawlers, the CV 3599 is available with 16-in. track with friction drive and 24 to 36-in. track with positive drive. Sells for $20,000 to $22,000. Auto tension optional.
RC 5028 fits 2 and 4-WD row crop, or-chard, vineyard, utility and feedlot tractors. Track types range from friction to positive drive. Widths of 12 to 36 in. Sells for $9,500 to $16,000 per pair, depending on options, such as variable row spacing.
Center Pivot Tracks
It features a 12-in. wide track with 468 sq. in. of track on the ground, reducing ground pressure by 70 percent compared with tires and reducing ruts. Sells for $1,950 per tower.
Skid Steer Tracks
SK 3168 features 16-in. track with friction drive or 18 to 24-in. track with positive drive. Sells for $10,500 to $14,500. Also available for 30 to 50 hp skid steers in 12 to 16-in. track width.
Crawler Tracks
Available for Landini, Same, and Fiat crawlers the CV 2477 features a 16-in
Pull-Type Tracks
Omnitrac also builds a variety of unpowered, pull-type systems for sprayers, fertilizer applicators, cultivators, grain carts, etc.
Available in a variety of undercarriage designs and with pneumatic or solid coated wheels, they feature track from 12 to 36 in. wide.
