High-Pressure Hydraulic Tool Repair
When Tool Warehouse was founded in 1966, one of the main focuses was tool repair and maintenance - and it’s been the same ever since.
Along with a large line of equipment for sale, Jeff Houk, President and owner of Tool Warehouse, says keeping tools running properly and efficiently has been a major part of what the company does and represents.
“We sell tools but we’re also a tool and jack repair company,” says Houk. “We operate a factory service center for most of the major brands. We service air tools and jacks, Chicago Pneumatic, Ingersoll Rand, Air Cat and the majority of the high-pressure hydraulic brands in the 5 to 10,000 psi range.”
Since their experience covers such wide boundaries, they also maintain hydraulic pumps and cylinders, pulse tools and other specialty application products. Their three locations in Minneapolis, St. Cloud and West Fargo offer customized service plans for manufacturers to reduce costly downtime. This approach reduces turnaround times, improves service and increases productivity.
“We repair the whole gamut of agricultural equipment, trucks and industrial when they’re brought to us in our shops,” Houk stated. “We service what we sell and try to have more of a commercially serviceable product than something that’s just a throwaway. And it’s not only for the tools we’ve sold, but we also maintain other brands as long as they have part sources and they’re not beyond economical repair.”
Houk says they cover the majority of the country with multiple dealerships in different states.
