“Handee Clamp” Holds Small Parts
This new tool is designed to attach nuts, bolts or hose clamps in hard-to-reach places where your hands or other bulky tools can’t reach.
The powder-coated Handee Clamp measures 10 in. long by 5/8 in. wide and comes with a sliding “jaw” on one end and an adjustable nut on the other end. The jaw opens to a little over 1 1/8 in. You slide the jaw out and place the nut, bolt or other part on it, then tighten the nut to lock the jaw in place. The jaw can handle bolts and nuts from 1/8 to 3/4 in.
According to the company, the Handee Clamp works better than a needle nose pliers because there are no handles in the way as you reach into the tight space. Also, pliers require constant pressure which you don’t need to worry about with the Handee Clamp.
Sells for $21.50 plus S&H. A zinc-coated model is also available and sells for $18.50 plus S&H.
