Steel Gutter Scoop FARM HOME Houses 19-3-33 "This scoop will easily clean out even the most plugged-up gutters," says Richard Cox about the hand scoop he made. The 4-in. square scoop is made out of sheet steel. It'll fit inside a 5-in. wide gut-ter. The only problem he's found is that roof overhangs and protruding nails can some-times hamper the scoop's ability to get at everything.
