Light Cannon GF-1 swivels in all directions to brilliantly flood wide areas for searching or patroling. Or, it can be locked in a set position to illuminate a field, building, machine being repaired, or other work areas. Light Cannon GF-2 is similar except that it has high powered beams both front and back. One serves as a standby in case the other burns out. It also has built in flashing capability and can be used in a variety of warning and signaling applications. Both models operate off a 12V car, truck or tractor battery, or optional battery pack. Their light intensity is said to be "brighter than 800 standard two-cell flashlights". Both models are compact for portability and come with a magnetic base for setting on top a car, truck or tractor. To illuminate extra large areas, two Light Cannons can be connected in series through built-in receptacles.
