Handy Portable Calf Restraint
New portable calf restraint makes it easy to restrain young calves (less than two months old) when you want to dehorn, implant, castrate, remove dewclaws, or do other procedures.
It consists of a steel ring welded to a spring-loaded clamp that fastens easily to wire cattle panels, wooden gates, skid steer loader buckets, etc. To use the restraint you guide the calf's nose into the ring, then slip an attached chain behind its ears and hook it. You can then lead the calf to a gate panel or fence rail to hold it in place.
Sells for $95.
