Wind Sock
Mount an attractive wind sock on the roof of your garage or other building and you can tell at a glance which way the wind's blowing and its velocity.
An extended frame allows the nylon sock to extend and turn in the slightest breeze. Mounts on any roof or pole in minutes.
The sock itself (9 in. in dia. and 26 in. long) is made of bright orange nylon, treated to resist ultra violet rays of the sun. It attaches to a 9 in. dia. hoop with nylon ties.
"Makes a great gift for Christmas, birth-days, father's day or whatever," the manufacturer points out.
Sells for $27.90, plus $2.50 shipping. Kit includes bracket and 16 in. long stub mast for mounting on any roof, free-swivel ex-tended frame, and the wind sock itself.
