Tool Makes It Easy To Work On Roller Chain
A new roller chain holder from Scott Hosking Agency, London, Ont., makes inserting connecting links in broker roller chain a quick and easy job.
The holder's two graduated hooks fit between the links to hold the chain and leaves your hands free to insert the connector link. One hook is welded to the nut while the second hook slides freely so you can insert it where needed. As you tighten the bolt head, the two hooks are drawn together to pull the broken chain together.
The holder has a 1 to 7-in. working range and will work on #40 and larger chain.
Sells for $9.95 (Canadian).
