Wire Unroller

It consists of a steel plate with a hole on one end that slips over the fifth wheel hitch. The roll of barbed wire rotates around a vertical steel shaft welded onto the plate.
Hanson says the wire unroller could probably be marketed for less than $40. He's looking for a manufacturer.
