Manure Agitators
We produce a line of manure agitators that include this 28-ft. long 3-pt. model with a 2-bladed propellor which is set at such an angle that it creates a whirlpool and will send a stream of liquid 150 to 200 ft. across a lagoon or tank. The whirlpool action is very beneficial in that it takes the crust down in cattle manure and digs settlements off the bottom of tanks and lagoons with hog and poultry manure. Our longest agitator is 35 ft. long. All our equipment is hot dip galvanized and the 1 1 /2 in. tensile shaft has 7 support bearings (on the 35-ft. model). As corn-pared to any pumps on the market, propellor agitators are made to move a very large volume of material and are really the only way to efficiently homogenize liquid and semisolid manure.
