Hold-Down Hinges For Planter Lids PLANTING EQUIPMENT Planting Equipment 8-2-28 If you've spent time chasing wind-blown hopper lids across the field, you'll appreciate the new hold-down hinges from Worksaver.
Designed for Deere and Kinze planters, they're easy to install and lock in the closed position, and at a 120? angle when open so the lids are out of the way when filling the hoppers. Each hinge pivots on a 1/4-in. bolt with a lock nut, allowing you to adjust the tension.
The metal hinges sell for $8.48 per lid and come in packages of two.
