Worlds Biggest Rooster?
“We’ve got a rooster that weighs about 45 lbs. and he’s still alive and growing,” says Jamie Goode, Kentucky. “We recently read a story in FARM SHOW about a big rooster that weighed 24 lbs. (Vol. 37 No. 2) so we thought you’d like to see a much bigger bird.
“Our rooster has feet as big as your hand. We figured he would die over the winter but he made it so now we just let him roam around the house,” says Goode.
What does a rooster eat to get that size? “He eats what-ever you put in front of him. He loves hamburgers, pizza, and baked beans,” says Goode.
