One-Man Wire Unroller FENCING Miscellaneous 17-4-23 Alabama farmer Bill Arrington used a discarded lawn mower handle to make a nifty wire unroller that lets one man do the work of two. "I've built miles of fence with this. It's easy to handle and will fit easily between close trees on the fence line. And I can handle it by myself," says Arrington.
