The patented KileTM Concave System offers unique and useful options for harvesters. Instead of purchasing concaves for the different sized grains being harvested, or when it has been damaged by foreign material or worn out; the Kile unit has removable cross bars, mechanically locked into the permanent steel frame. This allows operators to use the same frame, for a variety of crops, by just changing the cross bars.
The Simwire® (simulated wire) cross bars come in a variety of different openings, for uses in small grains to corn and beans. These cross bars eliminate the need of cover plates and are self-cleaning, unlike the typical wire concave.
The concave system is designed for Deere STS and Case 60 series, 80 seriees and Flagship combines.
