Trailer lock For ATV's
"I got sick and tired of using tie-down straps or ropes or whatever else I could find to hold my ATV in place when hauling it around in my pickup," says Casey Zimmerman, inventor of the new "ATV Trailer Vise" that mounts on the floor of a pickup box or trailer to keep ATV's from moving around.
Designed to fit any size ATV, you simply drive up to the unit, lift the side bar which wraps around the back of the tire, and secure a length of chain over the center of the tire with lever locks, which can be fastened with padlocks.
The ATV Trailer Vise can be used on ATV's with front-mounted accessories or even 3-wheelers by backing them on," says Zimmerman, noting that the unit is held in place by installing a couple U-bolts through the bed of the trailer or pickup. "It works great for rough terrain. Takes just 30 seconds to hook up. You can easily mount it on a snowmobile trailer by replacing the ski bar with the Trailer Vise."
Sells for $169.95. Zimmerman is looking for dealers.
