"Pot and Pan" Carousel
Benjamin Baughman, Fish Fork, Ariz., used an old bicycle wheel to make a handy “pot and pan” carousel that he set up in his mobile home. The pots hang from large S-hooks attached to the sides of the wheel, and the pot lids store nicely on top.

“I always wanted a pot and pan rack but there wasn’t room for one in my mobile home. The bicycle wheel makes a perfect rack,” says Baughman.

The carousel is bolted to a large plywood board that sets on a counter. The pipe that supports it came off a small table and has a bracket that bolts to the plywood. Baughman drilled a hole into the center of a metal bar and then welded it to the top of the pipe. He removed the nut from the bicycle’s axle, then set the axle down inside the hole, put the nut back on, and tightened it.
