Better Than Drain Tile
The Water Tunnel System is installed on top of the footing. Helps relieve hydrostatic pressure from the walls and under the floor. Less concrete and dirt is removed, drastically cutting installation costs, compared to conventional drain tile systems. The easy to install system collects the water from the walls and under the floor footing area, channeling it to the sump pump.
The system has no bottom so the inlet notches next to the footing, allows the water in quickly, channeling the water away faster than other similar systems. Why gamble ruining things in your basement. Choose a proven protection that works.
This system has been proven over the last 25 yrs. in most professional football fields. Installed without rock and it doesn't plug. In a basement, the company suggests using a little 3/8-in. pea rock to give you more collection surface so you can flow more water. It requires a lot less labor than regular drain tile systems. Labor is the biggest cost factor in drain tile systems. The Geo channel system uses less materials, also less dirt and broken up concrete is handled, resulting in less cost.
The system is designed to help relieve hydrostatic pressure. Try it, you will like it, especially the extra green you save. Why continue using a conventional drain tile system when the proven Geo channel system takes a lot less labor and will do a professional job?
