Pantyhose Chainsaw Filter
Stan Boyer, Miami, Okla.: “The air filter on my 029 Stihl chainsaw would plug up in about 30 min. I cut a square piece of pantyhose and put it over the filter. Now it’s easy to flip the piece of nylon over to clean it and I use a lot less fuel.
“I needed a lightweight stool to sit on around the shop. I screwed a square piece of plywood to the bottom of a milk crate. Works great. It’s light and has built-in handles.”
