UHMW Poly Skid Shoes

May Wes Mfg., Hutchinson, Minn., has just introduced its UHMW Poly Skid Shoes for the Case 2020 and New Holland 74C flex heads. After the OEM manufacturer went through 4 different serial break numbers for both Case and New Holland heads, May Wes was the first to develop 4 different kits for each of the serial break numbers, adding them to the company’s full line up of poly skid shoes.
May Wes has followed the mergers and acquisitions of agricultural equipment companies closely to provide OEM replacement skid shoes for most brands and models of combine heads. In the May Wes catalog you will find 28 pages of poly skid shoes for combine heads to swathers to cotton pickers for Hart Carter, Massey, AGCO, John Deere, Case New Holland and more.
May Wes Poly Skid Shoes are made of UHMW polyethylene for it’s unique properties – tough, lightweight, durable, slick and quiet. Only specially-formulated virgin UHMW poly is used to make May Wes Skid Shoes. Unlike some skid shoes, no reground materials are used that could weaken the molecular strength or compromise the other properties of the shoes. May Wes says they will outlast, outperform and outwear most skid shoes on the market. They let you run your head closer to the ground without pushing and piling soil and debris and you will put more beans in the combine even in wet sticky conditions.
Contact your local May Wes dealer or call the company’s expert staff at 1-800-788-6483, or you can order online at www.maywes.com.
