On-Farm Yogurt Plant
One of North America's first on-farm yogurt plants opened up recently in Spring Valley, Wis. In a manufacturing facility located right next to the dairy barn, husband and wife team Michelle Wieghart and Leroy Clark have started producing CCJersey Creme Yogurt, made from milk produced by their purebred Jersey herd.
