Berg Farms, Colfax, Wis.: “There are times you can’t avoid hydraulic hoses rubbing each other. To reduce damage, I slit a piece of radiator hose lengthwise and put it over both hoses at the area of contact. A zip tie is used to secure the radiator hose.
“A vice mounted to a pedestal, which is mounted or poured into a concrete floor, makes a sturdy vice.
“Air-hose reels eliminate a lot of hose damage and are very handy.”
