Its adjustable, self-catch headgate has an exclusive safety feature: Should the animal being attended lie down, a quick foot-trip release near the bottom of each stanchion widens the gate opening for immediate relief. The self-catch headgate holds the cow or heifer secure while she's crowded by the 7 ft. (2 piece) crowd gate over to the 10 ft. (2 piece) bow gate. The 2-piece gates are hinged so the bottom or top sections can be swung together, or independently. A 30-in. wide roll gate (on rancher's right) provides easy access to the versatile new calving pen. It's made of 1.5 in. 14 gauge square tubing.
