Flower Pot Clamps Onto Post
"It can be used on mailboxes, porches, patios, decks, or any other pole," says inventor Bill Taylor.
The Post Planter is made from weather resistant urethane and measures 17 in. high and 17 in. in diameter at the top and 9 in. diameter at the base, with a 4-in. sq. hollow in the middle where the two halves join. Each half attaches to the other with four transparent 1-in. plastic clips at the top and a clear 30-in. cable strap at the bottom. Each half can be used separately by drilling holes in the back side and screwing the half onto a deck rail, siding, etc.
"Each half weighs only 1 lb. so they're easy to set up and move," says Taylor. "If you want you can set the flower pot up high on a post and have vines cascading down it. Just screw a 2 by 4 to the post to serve as a base."
Available in terra cotta and sandstone colors.
Sells for $59.95 plus S&H.
